Wholesale orders

Fashion sells by size grid. Your software should too.

Spreadsheets and notebooks don’t show stock per size or hold inventory for an order. In ModaFlow the grid is everywhere: orders, inventory, production and the catalog.

Orders entered by grid
Sales staff and reps type color × size in a single table, seeing the stock of each variant.
Customer price lists
Each customer buys from their own price list. Items, totals and installments are recalculated automatically.
Approve and it’s reserved
On approval, stock is reserved, receivables are created and the rep’s commission is recorded.
Broken grids detected
You get a warning when a color runs out of a size while the others still have stock, before sales stall.

B2B catalog

Your showroom in the retailer’s WhatsApp.

A catalog website that looks like your brand, powered by your own inventory. Products, prices and stock come from the system, so nothing goes out of date.

  • Your brand, your look

Logo, colors, fonts, banners and sections set up in an editor with desktop, tablet and phone previews.

  • Made for WhatsApp

Shared links show your brand and the product photo in chats and on social media.

  • You choose what shows

Show or hide prices, show stock as a number, just "available" or not at all, and set a minimum order.

  • Orders land in the system

Retailers pick the grid on their phone and the order arrives for approval, with no retyping.

FAQ

Questions we hear all the time

Do I need to install anything?

No. ModaFlow runs in the browser on your computer and phone. Just create an account and log in.

Do my customers need to log in to see the catalog?

No. The catalog opens from a link and you decide whether prices and stock are shown. The retailer’s order reaches the system for you to approve.

Does it work with sales reps?

Yes. Each rep has their own customer accounts, creates orders for them and tracks commissions, without seeing the rest of the company.

Does it integrate with Mercado Livre and Shopee?

Yes. Each company connects its own accounts. Marketplace orders come in as system orders and stock is synced across all channels.

Does it issue invoices?

Yes, Brazilian NF-e (model 55) from the order, with cancellation and correction letters. Marketplace orders get their invoice too.

Is my data kept apart from other companies?

Yes. Each company’s data is isolated, and inside it each person only sees what their role allows.
